Your description of Willow as queen = PERFECTION. She would be a bit like Queen Elizabeth, terrible and amazing at the same time. Plus gloriously ginger. I honestly love this aspect of Willow so much. She's the "intellectual one" (And yet she's very deep in terms of emotions) She does have pretty hair that season doesn't she? Ironically one of her best hair episodes is Tabula Rasa.
She also has very pretty hair in the second half of S3 and I love her make-up style!
