Willow seems almost a sensual ghost behind.

YES!!! *incoherent screams of joy* That is exactly what I was going for!

I've added a couple more "variations" with and without the heart frame but I don't think I've improved it, at this point I'm just experimenting with tools and effects.

I can't get rid of the pixelation on Buffy's face to my liking, I should have addressed that up front - either smoothed it out better or made that portion extremely photographic and realistic. Good learning experience, though.
