I think my work is actually worthy of more votes than it's gotten so far darn it but you didn't read that here is that a horrible thing to think or am I really REALLY deluding myself here? I think you feel that way because you are feeling more confident about your skills and because you are proud of the work you are doing. Plus it's hard to step back and objectively view your own work. Even when I know my a/w isn't my best work, I still think it should have gotten more votes.

That's why when I love an icon and it wins, (like the Allison Hannigan icon for btvs_hush) I'm super thrilled!! Even though I'm sometimes surprised an icon didn't win......I do know I can be delusional when it comes to my a/w. ~_^
