I had the good fortune to see The Wind at the old revival theater (complete with live organ music) in downtown Ann Arbor Michigan when I was going to college. I watched from the balcony of course because that's the only place to really watch a movie.

Jealous now. They regularly show silent movies with live music at the Film Institute here, but it's not exactly a classic theatre.

Have you ever seen Night of the Hunter?

Oh yes. Brilliant film. It's been a while though, I should probably rewatch. Once I get past my current "all movies made after 1929 suck" phase. :)
