Photoshop is, I guess, the difference between driving to work and winning in Formula One. Really depends on what oyu want to achieve and how far you are willing to go to do it.
Exactly - it's back to the idea of precision and control; do we want gee whiz effects only or the ability to make more subtle manipulations that may not even be recognized as such?
Thank you for the link to the tutorial! I've looked it over and it's not making sense entirely but that's because I don't have PS, if anything this tutorial helps me see the differences in how it functions to ipiccy.
But it also looks different in functioning to PS Elements 11 (or 12? Whatever we have on the computer now.) It no doubt will make more sense as I play with it.
