It occurs to me that "ficathon" is the wrong word because I also encourage art, videos, meta (you may have noticed *lol*). "Festival"? I like that term.
Yeah--some fandom events have been called "Whateverfest," I think, so that's a good word for it.
Getting back to the icons:
I really like #6; zeroing in on her pout like that shows just how Willowy she still is in vampire form. Especially since you're showing it while she's in vampface.
Then the last two, with Xander's hand on Willow's hair as they feed, with them smiling and close. It's just so sweet and cute in that villainous way. It fits how convincing they were as a couple despite the short amount of screentime they got.
It's the only version of Xander I'm into, for that matter.
I hold some affection for Xander, possibly more than I would have if I hadn't watched the series when I did, but yes. I'm not into him much. This version of Xander is more interesting, partly because obviously he is willing to enter into couplehood with Willow instead of being content until she had someone else. I wonder how that went. I assume it began with Willow being turned first when Buffy wasn't there to save her, and then she would have turned him, but after?
