No, normally I find them in communities and places like that. If you go to my icons in my profile you can see who made them. This one I made myself, but I didn't put much work into it so it's probably not as nice as the others. And of course they are pretty, I pick only the best :). Seriously, thanks.
I'll have to do that (would you believe it was only a few months ago that I realized I could look at other people's icons and they could look at mine? I am - frequently oblivious.)
And I think this is very pretty - I tend to like extemes - either monochromes and strong contrasts, or delicate "watercolor" effects in icons. Getting an image pale without losing detail entirely is stil tricky for me.
