I think your "project" with Dawn is certainly an inspiration - sometimes people don't realize they are interested in certain characters or relationships until someone shakes them by the collar and says "look at this."

I just read a terrific article/meta about Kennedy today from su_herald's link that does much the same, pointing out what a terrific and important character she s and deserving of love and respect. but I'm waving pompoms in the general direction of this possibility and hope to be there in full armor when the time comes.
